How the Savings Guarantee is Calculated:

1. Green Fee Savings:

   Savings are calculated as the difference between VIP Golf’s rate and the regular rack rate charged by the golf course. This applies to all rounds played. Savings will not be adjusted for special pricing events such as twilight rounds or discounts due to course conditions.

2. Membership Savings:

   If you received a discount on your Membership (e.g., Auto-Renewal or Early Bird pricing), the savings are based on the difference between the regular Membership rate for the year and the amount you paid.

3. Guarantee Calculation:

   • Your savings = Green Fee Savings + Membership Discount (if applicable)

   • If your total savings do not at least cover the Membership price you paid, you may apply for the Savings Guarantee credit.

Eligibility and Application Process:

• To apply for the Savings Guarantee, contact VIP Golf Administration at playgolf@vipgolf.ca by May 31st of the following season.

• Applications must be submitted before booking any Green Fees for the current Membership period.

Credit Details:

• Eligible Members will receive a credit of up to $100.00, applied to their account for use on Green Fees during the current Membership year.

• The credit will be applied automatically to the first round(s) played until it is fully used.

• The credit is valid only for Green Fees and cannot be applied to Membership Dues.

• Any unused credit expires at the end of the Membership year.

Terms and Conditions:

• This Guarantee is only available to Members who participate in the November 15th Auto-Renewal Program. If you do not opt into the auto-renewal, this offer will not apply, and your account will reset.

• +Plus Memberships and Corporate Accounts are excluded from the Savings Guarantee, as these accounts are designed to accommodate multiple users.
