Your Membership Auto-Renewal is scheduled to be billed on November 15th, 2024. You do not have to do anything other than making sure your payment method on your VIP Golf account is up to date.
Renewing your Membership now is an investment into your 2025 season. The more Members that renew, the more negotiating power & funds we have to approach our current partners & potential new partners for the 2025 season.
No. Although courses continue to raise their rates on Green Fees, Power cart Rentals and Memberships, We have not increased our renewal rate for 2025. We want to keep our dues as low as possible and make renewing now an attractive offer for our members. The more members we have renew now, the more capital we have to go out and sign the best possible deals for you!
As a returning Member, you are guaranteed our absolutely lowest membership rate available.
We try to have all the rates posted and confirmed before February 15th of each calendar season. One thing you can count on is the saving percentages to remain close to, if not exactly the same. Season-to-season rates can fluctuate a few bucks in either direction; some go down a little while others go up. We are always trying to land in that sweet spot of 40 – 60 percent off any course’s regular rate; the actual dollar value of our rates will depend on what any particular course does with theirs; if they go up by 6 dollars, then we typically would go up by 3.
We cannot post accurate rates until courses set their 2025 rates. Once a course posts its 2025 fee schedule, we can post our preferred member rate and savings.
We renew memberships at this time so we have the capital and buying power when it matters most. We pay our partnered courses either late this season or in early 2025 for the entire season, these early payments allow us to secure the best possible deals for you as a member. Similar to you getting our very best rate by purchasing now, this allows us to use your membership dues to purchase your inventory, to secure you, the best deals!
If you are looking for regular guest access your best bet is our +PLUS Memberships which allow you to book in guest/s at your full preferred member’s rate and book them when the tee sheets open. We will definitely have our Member / Guests Events open for any member to bring guests, however regular day-to-day guest access will be reserved for Plus Members for the start of 2025.
YES! If you participate in the 2025 Auto-Renewal you have until March 1st, 2023 to request a cancellation for a refund.
Yes! We do have a payment plan option for those looking for a smaller payment over the course of the winter. 5 payments, one on Nov. 15th, we skip the December payment for the holidays and then spread the rest out in Jan. / Feb. / Mar. & April.

Yes, you may renew your membership at any time however there are a few points to keep in mind.
- Our 2024 Membership SOLD OUT in January last year, and with a very large waiting list, it is likely that we will be sold out for 2023 by the end of this calendar year.
- Any memberships purchased after Dec. 1st, be it a renewing member or new member, will be subject to our full 2025 rate of $549.95 + GST & Availability.
- If you renew now, you will receive our absolute lowest rate and you have until March 1st, 2025 to receive a refund if your circumstances change.
To cancel your Auto-Renewal, you MUST complete a Membership Cancellation & Refund Request.
Membership Cancellation & Refund Requests will not be accepted via phone, email or text message.
