4 easy steps
Pick from one of our 170+ Golf Venues in Canada, and book your green fee/s. You can do this through your online portal or by calling VIP Golf.
Once you have selected your course with VIP Golf, book your tee time directly with the golf course.
Be sure to book the tee time for all players, members of VIP Golf and any non-members joining you.
You can add other VIP Golf Members to your green fee reservations. This ensures one member can book for all their VIP buddies at once.
Each VIP member is billed individually to thier own account.
At the course, check in for your round and announce your with VIP Golf, show your ID, and then,
GRIP IT & RIP IT!
Standard Cancellations with VIP Golf must be made no later than 5:00 pm one day prior to the booking unless otherwise specified*.
For example – To cancel a Thursday reservation you must cancel by 5:00pm Wednesday afternoon**
Cancellations due to weather will be accepted if the golf course is accepting them.
VIP Golf Green Fees are billed as scheduled to the Member’s account if the golf course is not accepting cancellations due to weather.
All weather-related cancellations must be made BEFORE YOU TEE OFF.
Once you tee off, the entire round is considered to have been played and the Member’s account will be billed as scheduled.
You will not be billed if the golf course is closed due to weather.
To avoid any accidental charges, please call, email, or text us if the course is closed, as we may not be aware of the closure. This does not apply to a course closure after you tee off.
VIP Golf does not issue rain checks. Once you tee off, the round is considered played. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancellations due to weather are permitted if made before tee-off. See weather-Related Cancellations.
Late cancellation fees start at 50% of the Preferred Green Fee in question, unless they are confirmed weather related scenarios
If you make a tee time with a golf course and fail to show up without prior notification you may be charged for a regular rate green fee from that golf course as well as a preferred rate green fee from VIP Golf.
A VIP Golf Green Fee reservation at select courses or events may have a custom cancellation policy that differs from the default cancellation policy stated above.
Reservations with custom cancellation policies will be shown as a disclaimer upon booking with VIP Golf online or through our booking app.
All cancellation deadlines are viewable in your confirmation email from VIP Golf, and it is the member’s responsibility to be aware of.
To book, all members MUST have a valid credit card on file.
All Green Fees are collected by VIP Golf, there is no transaction performed at check-in, other than showing ID.

Every time you play, this card will be charged for the preferred members rate and you receive an instant receipt via email.
Your credit card can be changed at anytime in your personal VIP Golf Portal Account.
Many members prefer to load funds into their accounts for green fee charges. Once loaded on account you can track the balance in your VIP members portal.
You may send E-Transfers to playgolf@vipgolf.ca.
Once on account, your green fees are deducted from your balance until used up, at which time the payment method automatically reverts back to your CC on file.
Take part in our members-only golf pools, and you could take home the winnings in the form of gree fee credits.
VIP Golf holds 5 pools throughout the season, the cost is 10 bucks, and the winners enjoy the spoils of free golf!
Pools start in March, with the Players Championship and then follow with every Major during the season.

It varies from course to course. We have a minimum of 12 player spots at each course, with many offering 20-40 spots per day and others offering unlimited daily access. VIP Golf is proud to offer guaranteed green fee access close to your location every single day!
This does not pertain to “Tee Time” access, though. Tee time inventory is controlled by the golf course, and that inventory, whatever it may be, is available to you as a member at the time of booking.
There is no limit to the number of rounds you can play during the season on any course. However, the purpose of our program and membership is to enable our members to play everywhere and experience new challenges and venues. If you plan to play a single golf course repeatedly, we strongly recommend purchasing a membership or a green fee package directly with that course. It will make your season more enjoyable as that clubs member.
We do have some courses with weekend restrictions, which may include some time restrictions or different rates for morning and afternoon tee times. Please visit our course listings to see if any restrictions are in place for your favorite tracks.
Make sure you include all your golfing partners when calling to book your tee-times. It doesn;t matter who you play with, but it is important that you book the tee time with the golf course for the total number of players in your group. Any non-members will just pay the course at check-in for the regular rack rate, as a VIP Golf member, will receive our preferred rate, and that is billed to your VIP Golf account. You will pay nothing at the course.
It is possible that the “twilight” rates are lower than the VIP rates on certain courses. Please verify with the golf course for “twilight” rates before you reserve with VIP Golf.

VIP Golf bills your green fees directly to your credit card.
You receive an email invoice each time you play, making it easy for you to track your rounds.
At the golf course, you only pay for the extras: balls, tees, and other pro-shop items.

YES! In this case you would skip the step of booking a tee time with the golf course. Just book with us at VIP Golf, You can do this yourself online or call our booking center.
No, only VIP Golf Members will receive the VIP Golf Preferred Rate; any NON-Member will be required to pay the regular fare upon check-in. The VIP Golf Member will just show valid photo identification at check in and will be billed the following day by VIP Golf Inc.
