How booking works
Open to all VIP Golf members. Book through the member portal starting March 1.
Add up to 16 players to your booking, members and non-member guests. Need a bigger group? Contact VIP Golf Administration.
Green fees for you and your guests are charged to your card on file 7 days before the event.
Guests don't pay at the course
The whole group is billed to your account. Collect from your guests directly.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 14 days before the event
Unless your confirmation says otherwise.
Inside 14 days, cancellations are only accepted if we can fill your spot from the waiting list.
Weather cancellations follow the host course's policy, and its decision is final. Mountain courses usually play as scheduled if the course is playable, including in cold or wet weather.
