I don't have Internet access. How do I make a reservation?
By calling VIP Golf at 1-866-520-4653 to request available courses.
Is there a limit to the number of rounds I can play?
There is no limit to the number of rounds you can play during the season on any course. However, the purpose of our program and membership is to enable our members to play everywhere and experience new challenges and venues. If you plan to play a single golf course repeatedly, we strongly recommend purchasing a membership or a green fee package directly with that course. It will make your season more enjoyable as that clubs member.
What if I am playing with someone who is not a member of VIP Golf?
Make sure you include all your golfing partners when calling to book your tee-times. It doesn;t matter who you play with, but it is important that you book the tee time with the golf course for the total number of players in your group. Any non-members will just pay the course at check-in for the regular rack rate, as a VIP Golf member, will receive our preferred rate, and that is billed to your VIP Golf account. You will pay nothing at the course.
How come the regular rates shown on the golf courses website does not match the price shown on the VIP Golf Website?
You have to take into account everything that the VIP Golf Members rate includes. If our rate includes a power cart and driving range, you have to add that onto the courses green fee rate. A course with a green fee rate of $50.00 may actually be $82.00. That’s $50 for green fee + $25 for cart cart + $7 for range balls. We may offer that for $40.00 for a total savings of $42.00 bucks per round.
Do we pay for our rounds at the Golf Club?
VIP Golf bills your green fees directly to your credit card.
You receive an email invoice each time you play, making it easy for you to track your rounds.
At the golf course, you only pay for the extras: balls, tees, and other pro-shop items.
Are carts included?
Most of our rates include amenities such as a power cart seat, however we do also offer walking rates only at some venues. Check out the Golf Courses tab to see all the details.
Can I join a group that already has a tee time?
YES! In this case you would log into VIP Golf and book your green fee for the golf course and tee time in question. As you are joining a group with a booked tee time already youwould skip that step and simply confirm the green fee on your booking protal.
Do my guests or playing partners recieve the VIP Gree fee rate as well?
No, only VIP Golf Members will receive the VIP Golf Preferred Rate; any NON-Member will be required to pay the regular fare upon check-in. The VIP Golf Member will just show valid photo identification at check in and will be billed the following day by VIP Golf Inc.

Does VIP Golf offer Twilight rates?
At most courses we do not as our rate is already lower than the golf courses twiIight rate. Please verify with the golf course for “twilight” rates before you reserve with VIP Golf, to ensur you are receiving the best deal possible.
Does VIP Golf offer 9 holes?
No, unless it’s a nine hole course, all our rates are based on 18 hole play. You may call VIP Golf Admin on the day of play to inquire if a nine hole rate may be available. This would be base on our available inventory and the time you are looking to play.
Do I have to book with VIP Golf every time I play?
YES! We’re essentially paying for your green fee. Booking with us places your name on the authorized list of VIP Golf Members playing on the day and course in question. If you do not book with us, your name will be absent from their list resulting in you paying a full regular green fee at check in.
How many memberships or green fees do you have at each club per day?
It varies from course to course. We have a minimum of 12 player spots at each course, with many offering 20-40 spots per day and others offering unlimited daily access. VIP Golf is proud to offer guaranteed green fee access close to your location every single day!
This does not pertain to “Tee Time” access, though. Tee time inventory is controlled by the golf course, and that inventory, whatever it may be, is available to you as a member at the time of booking. As always, when you go to book the tee time, whatever is available on their tee sheet is available to you as a VIP Golf Member.
Are there any restrictions at courses?
Some courses may have weekend restrictions, which may include different rates for morning and afternoon tee times or a time restriction that usually coincides with a course that only allows their direct members to play during certain times. Please visit our course listings to see if any restrictions are in place for your favorite tracks.
