VIP Golf Pool Rules & Regulations
POOL FORMAT
This is a fantasy golf pool.
Each PGA player is assigned a dollar figure for purchase. You must select at least 6 players who stay under your combined salary cap of $50K.
The winner of the pool is the member with the most combined winnings at the tournament’s conclusion.
PAYMENT & PAYOUTS
The $10.00 entry fee will be charged to your VIP Golf account.
The winners receive a credit on their accounts that will be applied toward their green fees until used up.
1ST PLACE – 40% of pot
2ND PLACE: 30% of pot
3RD PLACE: 15% of pot
4TH PLACE: 10% of pot
5TH PLACE: 5% of pot
Payment is only collected for those who pick teams.
Payouts will be for the top 5 individuals only. Winners may not delegate funds to other members.
YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE TO PLAY
Deadline to submit picks is before the first golfer tees off!
HOW THE JOIN
- To Join click on the Join Now button and register with the pool site by clicking “CREATE ACCOUNT”
- Enter your VIP Golf Membership ID Number, this is found on your profile page when logged in.
- Click “CREATE TEAM”
- Select a minimum of 6 players, keeping your salary cap under 50 K. Each player is worth x amount. The higher the ranking the more that player costs you to select.
- Watch and cheer on your team!
HOW THE POOL OPERATES
This is a private pool run exclusively for VIP Golf members. The pool is hosted on an external website: clubpicks.app. Participants must register on that site in order to enter picks.
When “the website” is referenced below, it refers to clubpick.app. VIP Golf Inc. has no partnership or affiliation with this site and has no control over picks, standings, scoring, or results displayed on the platform.
WINNER PAYOUT
Pool winnings are paid in the form of VIP Golf Green Fee Credits.
The top FIVE finishers will have their winnings deposited into their VIP Golf accounts as Green Fee Credits. These credits will automatically be applied to any charges on the account until the balance is used.
Additional conditions:
Credits cannot be transferred or split between members.
Credits may only be used by the winning member.
Credits do not expire and may carry over to future seasons.
Winnings will be applied within 5 days of the tournament’s conclusion.
Payout information will be emailed to winners and posted here.
PARTICIPATING TOURNAMENT GOLFERS
The website attempts to display only golfers participating in each tournament. However, it is your responsibility to verify that the golfers you select are actually playing.
Players may withdraw due to injury, illness, or other circumstances, and the website may not update these changes before picks are submitted. If a player is forced to withdraw after the tournament has already begun, substitution for another player is not allowed.
PICK DEADLINE
The pick deadline is BEFORE FIRST GOLFER TEES OFF during tournament week.
Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.
STANDINGS
Pool standings are based on the combined prize money earned by each participant’s selected team of golfers.
The team with the highest total earnings ranks first.
The website typically updates final prize money several hours after the tournament concludes (usually Sunday evening). Standings are considered unofficial until reviewed and approved by the pool manager.
TIEBREAKER
There is no tiebreaker.
If two or more participants finish with the same score, the tied positions will share the payout equally.
CONFIRMING YOUR PICKS
It is your responsibility to confirm that your picks have been successfully submitted.
After submitting picks you should:
See a confirmation screen, and
Receive a confirmation email.
If you want to double-check:
Return to the pick sheet by clicking “My Picks” (do not use your browser’s back button).
If your picks were accepted, they will appear pre-filled on the pick sheet.
ENTRY FEE & PAYOUT STRUCTURE
The entry fee is $10.00 + GST per tournament.
$8.00 from each entry goes toward the prize pool.
$2.00 covers the hosting fee for the pool website.
Entry fees will be charged directly to your VIP Golf account.
Entry fees are non-refundable once a team has been entered and the pick deadline has passed.
DISPUTES
If there is ever a discrepancy between:
what the website displays, and
what a participant claims was submitted,
the website’s record will be considered final and correct.
If there is a discrepancy between the website and a confirmation email, the website will still be considered the official record.
MEMBERS ONLY
This pool is restricted to active VIP Golf members.
Any non-member entries will be removed from the pool.
ONE ENTRY PER MEMBER
Each member may submit one team only.
If a member is found to have submitted multiple entries using different email addresses, all entries will be disqualified and entry fees forfeited.

Your VIP Golf membership number.
Both can be found on the home page of your account when logged in.
