LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Login with the Username (Email) & Password provided when you registered.
MAKE A NEW BOOKING
Click on “Make a New Booking” to start the booking process.
STEP #2
SELECT AN OPTION
To begin making a reservation with VIP Golf, select “MAKE A NEW BOOKING”
This will begin the process, easy & simple, just follow the prompts.
Use this menu to access your Current and Past Bookings, add fellow members to your Friends List, Update your Profile and check out your annual savings.
STEP #3
SELECT A DATE & REGION
Click on the empty field to produce the calendar and select your preferred date to play.
Your home region will be defaulted but you are welcome to book in other regions by selecting them from the dropdown menu.
Click on “VIEW COURSES” to see the list of our partnered venues.
STEP #4
CHOOSE A COURSE
A selection of courses will show in alphabetical order. There is KEY information on each course queue that will inform you of:
- Rates & what is included with the VIP Preferred Green Fee. (Cart, Range etc.)
- Special instructions for booking the TEE TIME with the course.
- How many days in advance you may book up to.
- How many green fees or “Slots” are available on that day.
Find your course of choice, read the queue and click “Hold Slot” to continue.
By holding a slot you are essentially reserving a VIP Golf Preferred Green Fee at that course through your membership.
STEP #5
ADD VIP GOLF MEMBERS
Book for other VIP Golf Members that are playing with you. You may add up to 3 VIP Golf Members into your booking. Non-Members are not booked here, they will be required to pay at the course upon check-in.
- Select +Add Member.
- Select the down arrow on “Slot #2”.
- Select the VIP Golf Member.
- Repeat for Slot #3 & #4 if necessary.
If your friend does not appear in the dropdown menu*, you will need to add them to your Friends List first. You can do this from the main menu and will need to get their VIP Golf membership ID number to add them as friends.
*Friends that do not appear in the dropdown menu either have a booking already on that day, need to resolve account issues, or are not authorized to be booking on that course or day.
STEP #6
SECURE TEE TIME WITH COURSE
You will have 15 minutes to secure a tee time DIRECTLY with the course.
If you:
- secure a tee time with the course, or
- already have a tee time booked, or
- are joining another group with a tee time,
“CLICK THE GREEN BOX TO CONTINUE”
If you can’t secure a tee time for any reason…
“CLICK THE RED BOX”
You are booking the tee time directly with the course as a public player. You do not have to tell them you are with VIP Golf or provide your membership information. We will handle that for you!
STEP #7
COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING
Last step to finalize your booking with VIP Golf.
- Enter your tee time details.*
- Agree to the VIP Golf Cancellation Policy.**
- READ & Check off any disclaimers.***
*Entering your tee time into the VIP Golf app is for your reference only. If you accidentally are off by a few minutes do not worry about that. It’s simply a reference tool for you to look back on.
**It is your responsibility as a member to know our cancellation policy. We enforce it to the letter!
***Make you have read and booked according to any disclaimers or special info. Not complying with these could result in unwanted charges at the course or denied use of your membership for that booking.
HERE ARE A FEW MORE HELPFUL TIPS
CANCELLING A BOOKING
STEP #1
SELECT FROM THE MENU
Select VIEW OR EDIT CURRENT BOOKINGS
This will display all your current & past bookings. It’s a great way to keep track of your rounds.
If you do not see the option to cancel you are either past the allowed cancellation period or the booking can not be canceled online.
In these cases, you must call VIP Golf Administration to request a cancellation for these bookings.
STEP #2
CANCEL YOURSELF or YOUR GROUP
As simple as it gets!
“CANCEL MYSELF” ONLY CANCELS YOU.
“CANCEL GROUP” CANCELS EVERYONE*.
*If you made the booking online, ONLY you will have the ability to “CANCEL GROUP”.
DO NOT FORGET
Cancelling your VIP Golf booking DOES NOT cancel your tee time with the course*.
AND
Cancelling your tee time with the course DOES NOT cancel your VIP Golf booking*.
*Cancelling must be done just as the booking was made. Cancel the tee time with the course and cancel your green fee with VIP Golf.
ADDING TO FRIENDS LIST
STEP #1
Select VIEW OR EDIT FRIENDS LIST
STEP #2
Select +NEW FRIEND
- Enter your friend’s ID NUMBER ONLY.
(Do not enter their username which contains their last name) - Click Continue.
- Confirm that is indeed the person you wish to add.
BOOKING FOR FRIENDS
STEP #1
SELECT FROM THE MENU
Book for the VIP Golf Member friends that may be playing with you. You may add up to 3 other VIP Golf Members into the booking. Non-Members do not need to be booked here.
- Click +Add Member.
STEP #2
ADD FRIEND
This opens up the 3 “OPEN” slots on the booking screen
- Select the down arrow on “Slot 1”.
- Your friend’s list is populated.
- Select the friend joining you.
- Repeat for Slot 2 & 3 as necessary.
Leave any unused slots just sitting with the word “OPEN” in them. You do not have to book any non VIP Golf membership you may be playing with here.
STEP #3
CONFIRM & CONTINUE
Double-check you have the correct friend in your list and click continue.
Each VIP Golf Member is billed individually, you will not be billed for their golf.* Each member will receive an emailed conformation with the detail of what you have booked for them.
Remember you are responsible for all members you have booked for if any disputes are brought forth by that friend or member.

NEVER SHOW UP TO A COURSE WITHOUT YOUR EMAIL COMFIRMATION!

The email associated with your account must match exactly and correspond with your membership number. We don’t want to give anyone access to your golf! CLICK HERE and we will send you your login info ASAP.
Are you a LAST MINUTE CLUB MEMBER? If so you are limited to booking up to one day in advance only & to certain courses. Try booking for the same day or tomorrow and your authorized courses will show up.
This means all our allocated green fees for the day in question have already been reserved by other members. You will either have to book another course or unfortunately pay for a regular green fee at check-in.
You may check back in from time to time to see if there have been any cancellations or call us to go on a waitlist for that course and day. Our tee sheets are live! If anyone cancels, it is instantly updated and opens up again.
The tee time you enter into the VIP Golf App is for your reference only. It has no bearing on the actual tee time you have booked with the course. If you do want to change it , the only option is to cancel the VIP Golf booking and then immediately re-book it, however it is not required.
