Mobile App Update
Our current mobile app is quite outdated and is in the process of being completely rebuilt. As a result, it will no longer function reliably and can sometimes display a “site cannot be found” message, even after reinstalling.
The good news is that our platform is fully web-based, so you can access everything seamlessly through your mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) without needing the app.
In the meantime, we recommend creating a shortcut on your phone that links directly to your booking platform for quick, one-tap access.
Steps to Create a Web App Button on iPhone:
- Open Safari or Chrome: Launch the site: https://members.vipgolf.ca/
- Share Menu: Tap the Share icon (a square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
- Add to Home Screen: Scroll down the list of options and select Add to Home Screen.
- Customize & Add: Rename the shortcut if desired, then tap Add in the top-right corner.
- The icon will appear on your home screen and can be moved like any other app icon.
Steps to Create a Web App Button on Android:
- Open your web browser (e.g., Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) on your Android device.
- Launch the site: https://members.vipgolf.ca/
- Tap the browser’s menu icon (usually three vertical dots or a hamburger menu).
- Select the option “Add to Home screen” from the menu that appears.
- Rename the shortcut if desired, then tap “Add” to confirm.
- The icon will appear on your home screen and can be moved like any other app icon.
