2026 VIP Golf Guest Access
VIP Golf Members receive full access to booking privileges. However, NON-VIP Golf playing partners (Guests) are subject to limited booking allowances.
Important:
- Guest Green Fees are shown on the course booking tile and throughout the online booking process.
- All Guest Green Fees are charged to your VIP Golf account. You are responsible for collecting payment from your Guest(s)
- You must check-in for your Guest(s) at the Pro Shop.
- If your Guest(s) check-in, the Pro Shop will charge them the public rate, and you will still be billed as scheduled.
- Please inform your Guest(s) of this to avoid inadvertent charges.
Add Guest(s) to New Bookings:
- Login → Your Profile → Make a Booking > Step 3: Add Guest(s).
- If the “Add Guest” button is not available, it is either not allowed, not allowed that far in advance, or the course is sold out.
- Please reference the blue box below the course card for Guest Access availability.
Add Guest(s) to Existing Bookings:
- Login → Your Profile → Booking Details > Confirmed Bookings.
- If your booking is highlighted in green with an ‘Add Guests’ button → Guest Access is available.
- If your booking is NOT highlighted in green with an ‘Add Guests’ button → Guest Access is unavailable or sold out.
